We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date you received it, in accordance with European consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Please note that our store operates on a dropshipping model, and most products are shipped directly from our European supplier network (e.g. BigBuy). Because of this, shipping and return times may vary depending on the product.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To start a return, email us at support@pawrashop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the correct return address (it may vary depending on the supplier).
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used pet grooming products (such as shampoos or sprays)
Pet food, treats, or supplements that have been opened
Downloadable digital products or gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@pawrashop.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@pawrashop.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Shipping returns
Do not send your product back to the manufacturer unless instructed by us. We will provide you with the correct return address, depending on the supplier (usually within the EU).
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us before the withdrawal period expires. We will refund all eligible payments, excluding shipping costs, once the returned goods have been received.
